All commissions require a 50% deposit upon placing the ceramic order. This initial payment secures your order and enables us to begin crafting your unique piece. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the commission

However, cancellations beyond this timeframe may incur a fee, proportional to the progress made on the commissioned piece.
